I am fairly new to makeup, so when I decided to start wearing makeup, I decided that I wanted to start cheap to figure out what works for me and what doesn't before I start dabbling in the high end spectrum of makeup. With that being said, of course I started off with Wet and Wild because I've heard so much about them. These colors are SO pigmented. These lipsticks have a semi-matte finish which can be a little drying, but if you use a good lip balm underneath, you'll be fine. I would definitely recommend using a liner or Lip Lock by Elf(or some product of that effect) so they don't end up all over your face. Like most lipsticks they need to be reapplied every now and then. I've found that they normally last around four hours before they need to be reapplied unless I eat or drink.
There are 20 colors in this collection. I had two more which I gave to Trina because I didn't like them on me. I don't think she liked them either, seeing as we're twins and they'd look the same on her anyway. My favorites are Spotlight Red, Cherry Picking, Wine Room and Spiked With Rum. Don't Blink Pink is a little too bright on me and Cherry Bomb is a little too dark on me. Mauve Outta Here is ok, but I don't see myself wearing it much.
I want to pick up a few more from this line. They run for $2 at most drugstores, but I normally pick them up when they're on some sort of an offer. I normally get mine from Rite Aid or CVS when they're on sale.
For you UK ladies I've seen some on ebay if you want to order. Stay tuned to this blog because sometime next week I'm actually throwing a giveaway of some Wet and Wild products to celebrate hitting 100 GFC followers!
Have a great day everyone! Feel free to follow me on my various social networks! I swear I won't bite!
